Mr. Rakesh Srivastava (IAS), a member of the 1981 Rajasthan cadre, has held distinguished positions throughout his career. He is widely esteemed for his unwavering commitment to public service and steadfast adherence to principles of integrity and honesty. Known for his compassionate outlook, he champions the cause of underprivileged communities and readily supports various social initiatives.
During his tenure within the state, Mr. Srivastava served in pivotal roles including Collector and District Magistrate in Dholpur, Tonk, and Udaipur districts. His contributions extended to leadership positions such as Secretary in the Irrigation Department and Transport Commissioner. Subsequently, he assumed significant responsibilities as Additional Chief Secretary in the General Administration Department and Cabinet Secretariat, and as ACS overseeing Tourism, Art, and Culture.

Dr. Manoj K. Dash
Dr. Manoj K. Dash is currently associated (part-time role) with Centre for Environment and Development (CED), Thiruvanthapuram, as Advisor - Strategy and Operations. His work areas in CED include Sustainability, Business & Environment and Urban Development. His domain includes both research and designing operational strategies for governments and businesses/ industry. Previously, he was “Head - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sustainability” of Odisha Power Generation Corporation (OPGC) Ltd., a power generation company of the Government of Odisha (GoO). OPGC is a joint venture of AES Corporation, USA (a Fortune 200 Company) and the GoO. He was also the VP - Stakeholder Engagement of AES in India since 2014. Dr. Dash holds a Doctorate degree in Economics from the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. A Business Sustainability and Social Development practitioner with cross-cutting experience in national as well as international levels, Dr. Dash in the past has worked with the ESSAR Group Foundation, the Rehabilitation Council of India (Autonomous Body of Govt. of India), SOS Children’s Villages of India, SOS-Kinderdorf International and the All India Radio (Govt. of India).
Naresh Karmalker
Naresh Karmalker has spent 25 years in the social sector. He started journey as a citizen activist in Mumbai participating in and creating organisations for civic change. He had moved into the professional NGO sector with Habitat for Humanity International, serving as Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation (PME) Coordinator for South Asia and later Program Adviser (PME) for Asia-Pacific.
He has been with Habitat for Humanity since the last 18 years. Currently he is serving as Senior Advisor and Consultant with a focus on Resource Development. He has consulted with several NGOs and serves on the Advisory Board of a few. Some organisations worked with include StreeMuktiSanghatana, Ashoka Foundation, Aga Khan Foundation, Dreamcatchers Foundation, Make a Wish Foundation, Juhu Together, Citizens‘ Association for Child Rights (CACR), H-West Ward Citizens’ Trust, etc.
Today, Mr Karmalkar represents Habitat for Humanity in Business Network International (BNI), the world’s largest business referral organisation with over 225,000 members. Currently holds the position of Asst. Area Director - Mumbai West for BNI India, supporting 19 BNI Chapters and over a thousand entrepreneurs and business owners. An avid trainer, he has conducted trainings on diverse topics in over 10 countries including in 3 languages in India

Ever since her childhood she has been a spiritual person with a concern for the society. So, after an initial four and half year stint at The Indian Express, she decided to work for a social cause, joining the development sector which was a rather obvious choice. She had lost her father to a long battle with cancer; and thus, she joined Global Cancer Concern in 2000 with the urge to give back to the society. Life followed and the desire to reach out to larger societal groups and varied beneficiary communities gave her reasons to work with numerous NGOs from across the sectors such as childcare, sanitation, housing, livelihood, environment and health to name a few.
